ANALYSIS OF PROBLEMS FACED BY THE TUTORS IN THE LEARNING PROCESS AT PKBM ADA TEROLIH IN SALAK, PAKPAK BHARAT DISTRICT

Abstrak

In non-formal education, there are various problems, both tutors and teaching staff, so that it has an impact on the low quality of learning citizens. The purpose of this study was to determine the problems that exist in PKBM Asa Terolih. The research subjects were 1 manager and 3 PKBM Asa Terolih teaching staff. The data collection technique was done by using observation and interview methods. The results of this study showed that PKBM Asa Terolih stated that there were 3 learning methods applied in this non-formal institution, namely face-to-face, tutorials, and independent learning.
